Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and pd777 ("pd777", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pd777 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.

• You must not be self-excluded or have a current active exclusion from pd777 or any associated platform. Players who have previously self-excluded and are within an active exclusion period are prohibited from opening a new account or accessing the Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering or using the Platform. Each account is strictly personal and must be used solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not hold more than one active pd777 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed, with any outstanding balances subject to review and potential forfeiture in accordance with the anti-fraud provisions of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services on the pd777 Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change.

pd777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence including a copy of a government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by pd777 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify pd777 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way.
• pd777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or your failure to notify us promptly of any suspected security breach.
• pd777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where the information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete after registration.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the pd777 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pd777 does not charge currency conversion fees. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to designated pd777 accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods and minimum thresholds are subject to change at pd777's sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. pd777 targets a processing time of within 5 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests, third-party payment processor delays, and the status of KYC verification on your account.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit made from a payment account not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount.
• pd777 may request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.
• Deposits credited to your pd777 account that result from a technical error, payment processor error, or any other system fault must be reported to pd777 support immediately and must not be wagered. pd777 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credits.
• pd777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large transactions. Any transaction above ৳50,000 may require additional documentation regardless of the account holder's KYC status.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pd777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion and which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Promotions offered on the pd777 Platform. Players are advised to read all applicable promotion terms before opting in to any offer.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement and promotion terms. Bonuses are issued to the registered account holder only and may not be shared or transferred to another account.

• Promotions are time-limited unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from the player's account automatically at the end of the promotion period without compensation.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pd777 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one pd777 account, or assisting any other person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a suspension or exclusion.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to transfer funds on behalf of third parties.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sharing cards or strategy information in real-time during live casino sessions, or engaging in any conduct that distorts the natural competitive environment of the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with pd777, including impersonating another individual or using a false identity to register an account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All such intellectual property is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pd777 intellectual property without the prior written consent of pd777.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pd777, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pd777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pd777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pd777 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy and Data Protection

pd777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms
